It is important to ensure proper floor markings and safety lines in industrial and warehouse facilities to ensure the safety of workers and visitors. Our company offers two options for painting these lines: semi-durable safety line painting and durable epoxy line painting.
SEMI-DURABLE SAFETY LINE PAINTING

For the semi-durable option, our company provides all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to paint safety lines, directional arrows, and symbols. This can be scheduled 24/7 to minimize interruption of operations, and epoxy paint is applied in two coats using a mechanical applicator. It is important to note that this option can only be used if gasoline-operated equipment can be used in the indoor facility. If not, the quote will need to be revised, and taping and manual painting will be used.
DURABLE EPOXY LINE PAINTING

For the durable epoxy option, surface preparation is required for heavy traffic areas to ensure a strong adhesion between the paint and the floor. Our company uses shot blasting to roughen the surface for better bonding strength. The same services are provided for painting, but a high solids, heavy-duty, two-component, catalyzed, polyamide epoxy coating is used for demanding industrial requirements. It is important to note that our machines require clearance of at least 4 feet wide and that the client must clear the space for lines from any objects. If the job needs to be done in separate stages, additional service calls are subject to a mobilization charge.

Overall, both options provide comprehensive services for painting floor markings and safety lines in warehouses and industrial/manufacturing facilities. It is important to consider the specific needs of the facility to choose the best option for ensuring safety and durability.
