Job Description:
We are seeking outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team as Pot-holes Repairs Sales Agents. Our company offers on-the-spot pothole repair services to businesses and commercial areas with small plazas and small parking lots.
As a Pot-holes Repairs Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, introducing them to our service, and offering to fill and compact potholes right away. You will work in a team, with support from the company and your team members.
Job Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and approach potential customers.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- A basic understanding of cold asphalt mix and pothole repair techniques is preferred but not required.
