REGULAR WASH – recommended for windows that are washed on a regular basis
- Household friendly soap solution mixed with water is used to wash the windows
- Windows are washed with an applicator + wiped down clean with a squeegee
- Clean cotton cloth is used to wipe down window sills
UPGRADE WASH – recommended for windows that have not been washed for more than 1 year
- Formulated cleaning solution mixed with water is used to remove spider stains, heavy dirt, grime, oil/grease build-up

POST CONSTRUCTION WASH – recommended for windows that have construction debris, stickers, stains, calcium/ mineral (hard water stains), pollution stains, sealant, stucco, concrete deposits, bird & spider debris/stains – all of which require an abrasive methodology to ensure removal while ensuring no scratch/stains are left on the glass
- Tool (with a razor, scrapers, steel wool, or abrasive glass cleaning pads) to clear the glass of debris
- Formulated cleaning solution mixed with water is used to remove residual debris

EXTERIOR DRYER VENT CLEANING – the Fire Marshall’s Act lists lint as a combustible material and suggests timely removal to prevent build-up which can lead to a possible fire hazard
- Inspect exterior vent grills for damage and obstructions
- Clean out through the vent grill
- If required, the grill will be removed and re-caulked at an extra cost
- Damaged grills can be replaced at an extra cost
